Bethel QUILTers started in 2005 with a group of about 8 women who had a desire to learn more about quilting while creating comfort quilts for cancer patients. One of the members had received a donation of fabric and came up with the idea of using this gift to serve others in the community. The following year Bethel Christian Reformed Church began to support the group with some funds. Over the years the group has grown to now include 20 members.
